Skin is a very sensitive part of our body especially when it comes to facial skin. Our face is exposed to make-up and other products daily. These products damage our skin. If we do not take care of that, it can lead to skin cancer.

As compared to synthetic products, natural ingredients are more reliable and soothing. They have no side effects as well.

So, without delay, I am going to share my favorite easy skincare tips that I personally use. All the ingredients are from your home. Just mix them up and protect your skin.

  1. Honey+Milk+gram flour

Honey is a natural ingredient with antibacterial properties. It prevents the loss of moisture from your skin. Milk is the best cleanser for facial skin. It contains Lactic acid that has anti-aging properties. Milk removes the dead cells and helps new cells to grow. Gram flour aka basin is an ingredient that is used for skin care for ages in Asian countries especially India and Pakistan. It contains Zinc that is very helpful to treat acne. It is very effective in soothing inflamed skin and controlling excess sebum production.

Recipe:

1Tsp Honey

1 Tsp Gram Flour

2 Tsp Milk

Mix them well and make a paste. Apply it on your face once a week and notice the glow on your skin.

Precaution: Do not apply if your skin is very sensitive. Honey can irritate sensitive skin types. You can still use the recipe by skipping honey.

2. Glycerine+Lemon+Rose water

Glycerine acts as an emollient and humectant for the skin. It means it retains the moisture in the skin and makes it super soft. Lemon is a gift of nature to remove dark spots and blemishes from your skin. It is also effective in controlling acne and removing blackheads.

Rosewater is considered a natural beauty product because of its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce redness and improve skin complexion.

Recipe:

4 Tsp Lemon juice (Fresh/Preserved)

40 ml Glycerine

60 ml Rosewater

Mix them well. Apply every night on your face. You will get rid of dryness and your skin will glow. You can preserve this mixture for months.

Precaution: Do not use lemon if your skin is very sensitive. It may cause itching and irritation.

3. Coconut oil+Raw sugar

Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties. That is why it reduces inflammation. Moreover, it retains the moisture in the skin and keeps it hydrated. When you scrub the raw sugar on your face, it removes the dead skin and promotes the growth of healthy and fresh cells.

Recipe:

6 Tsp Raw Sugar

3 Tsp Coconut oil

Grind the sugar a little bit or you can use it raw. And then add coconut oil. Mix them well. Your homemade scrub is ready having no side effects. Use it once a week and your skin will get brighter with each application.

4. Fresh Aloe Vera

Fresh Aloe vera

It has anti-inflammatory properties as well as anti-aging properties. It moisturizes your skin. It heals the skin. And what else do you need??

Apply on your face daily in the morning and you will say goodbye to other synthetic products.
